Executive MBA (Master’s Degree) – Universiteit Antwerpen Management School (Antwerp, Belgium); Certificate in Management – Thames Valley University (London, UK); economist – Institution of Advanced Training (Yekaterinburg, Russia); engineer – Ural State Polytechnic Univercity (Yekaterinburg, Russia), currently ACCA (Glasgow, UK).
Total working experience is 22 years. During this time he worked a long period of time in chemical industry, metallurgy, machine-building, FMCG sector. After the graduation in 1987 he started his career as a yang professional from a position of a worker at Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant up to the position of CFO at JSC “Uralchimplast”. Within this time he held various finance positions at such companies as Bridon International plc (United Kingdom), Merloni Elettrodomestici SpA (Italy), JSC Concern Kalina (Russia), Heineken (JSC “Patra”, Russia).
Dmitry Vorobyev considers creation of successful teams in companies where he worked one of his achievements; he believes that the basis for a successful team is primarily the result of a competent manager.
