Within the project bounds there took place re-equipment, a new method of testing “flow“ was applied, new methodologies of pulverbakelite quality control were mastered. It is planned to develop production of the new product grades in future. |
Projects-in-progress:
The project «Reconstruction of formalin production». The planned production capacity after the project realization will be 150 thousand mt/y. (converted to 37% - formalin). The investments amount is 351 million roubles.
The project «Modernization of novolac resins production» is estimated at the rate 200 million roubles, and it will permit to achieve new quality rating of novolac resins.
The project «Proppants». The amount of investments into this project is equal to 200 million roubles. The project realization will allow to «Uralchimplast» to enter the market of products for oil and gas complex.
The project «UCP INDIA» is concerned with creation a joint venture in India for foundry resins production.
OAO ”Uralchimplast” works on development of new products on the basis of plant kinds of raw materials and cardanol – they are novolac resins for friction and plywood production.
